All you need is an electrical outlet for each blower, and a water faucet if you rented a wet unit. We bring extension cords and water hoses. Keep in mind, you do need your electrical outlet to be within 100 feet of where the unit will be set up. If that is not possible, you must either provide a generator or we rent generators for your convenience.
That depends on how many rentals we have for that day! Generally 1-3 hours, but at times we have been several hours early or the night before.
No. The unit should be clean when you get it. Our Big Top Bouncies staff takes pride in making sure your unit is clean!
Yes. A blower keeps air in the jump unit the entire time. Once unplugged they deflate. That's why we require an outlet within 100 feet of the unit or a generator. Longer cords can pop your circuit breaker so we bring our own heavy duty cords.
Absolutely! Keep in mind, most parks require a deposit for utility use. Be sure and check with the governing body of the park to verify there is electricity and water on the premises and what you need to make sure they are on. If you do not have electricity, we offer generator rentals for your convenience.
We accept most all payments. Credit card, cash, Venmo, cashapp, zelle, Facebook pay, and PayPal. Keep in mind, if paying with cash, please have exact change. The drivers do not carry change.
We understand things come up and things happen. If you cancel due to increment weather, we will refund your deposit. If you need to cancel for any other reason, your $50 deposit will be saved for up to one year and will go towards another rental.
Yes all orders require a $50 deposit. They are fully refundable if you cancel your order due to inclement weather. Otherwise you will be given a rain check that is good for 1 year.
Big Top Bouncies carries a wide variety of units. Anywhere from 13x13 all the way up to 24 feet tall and 70 feet long!
Check the requirements listed with each unit. Also, make sure you have at least a 4 feet of access to the area where it will be set up. The jumps can weigh up to 1,000 pounds so we need a clear path with ample room.
We can set up on Grass (our favorite and best for the kids), dirt, asphalt, and concrete. Sorry, we can't set up on any type of rocks as the constant rubbing will wear through the vinyl jumps.

Yes if damage occurs due to the failure of following our safety rules or negligence, (i.e. not turning off the blower in high winds). You will be responsible for all damages up to and including replacement of the unit/blower etc which can cost thousands of dollars. We don't want you or us to be in that situation which is why we have you sign and initial on all of our safety rules so that you can be the trained operator. You do have an option to purchase a damage waiver.
